Point Pleasant, New Jersey

pointpleasant2
Point Pleasant Beach NJ
If you're from New Jersey, Philly, or the 5 Boroughs of NYC, you may have been to PPB or know about it.  It is a charming shore town that is highly popular among locals and non-locals.  I have been here numerous times, showing properties, enjoying my free time at the beach, going to Jenkinson's, enjoying the boardwalk, and enjoying the many fantastic restaurants & bars that they have to offer.
One of my absolute favorite places to eat is JOE LEONES.  It is a local Italian Deli that sells fresh everything, hot food, deli cold cuts, freshly made sandwiches, cookies and bread, Italian specialty drinks and foods...
My favorite sandwich to get from here is the Chicken Cutlet w/ Fresh MOOOOOOOZZZZZZZZ, tomato, lettuce, roasted red peppers, balsamic glaze & grilled vegetables on Semolina with Sesame seeds.  Make sure you also pick up the chocolate sandwich cookies!  And in case you need fine wines or good libations, the Wine Outlet is right across the parking from Joe Leone's!

Keyport – New Jersey

KeyportNJ

Keyport, NJ, is a small incorporated waterfront town. It has just under 7,800 people. It is still one of the more affordable towns in Monmouth county. Over the last few years, they have revitalized the waterfront with parks, parking & décor. Keyport boasts quite a few restaurants within walking distance from the water. Stop at Keyport Fishery for some of your fried favorites, sit on the terrace at Burlews overlooking Keyport Harbor, have a drink at the courtyard at Mcdonagh's Pub, have some exceptional American easts at Old Glory, or sink your teeth into some legit N'awlins style food at Drew's Bayshore. As you drive or even walk around Keyport, you'll see many classic Victorian homes up and down the street. It is easily accessible by way of the Garden State Parkway, Route 35, or Route 36. Keyport is also known as the "Pearl of the Bayshore" or the "Gateway to the Bayshore." Keyport also has its school systems, K thru 12, and its police & first aid squad.

Holmdel, NJ, is located right in the heart of Monmouth County, NJ. Hazlet borders Holmdel to the North, Middletown & Lincroft NJ to the East, Colt's Neck to the South & Matawan/Aberdeen, and Marlboro to the East.
