I am originally from Canarsie Brooklyn and i moved out to Staten Island back in July of 1989 with my family. I am highly familiar with the Island and all of the neighborhoods. I currently live in Bulls Head right off of Richmond Ave which makes traveling around the island very convenient.
I grew up in New Springville on Klondike ave between Kelly Blvd and Lewiston street. I went to PS 69, IS 72 and Wagner High School. I went to CSI and graduated with a business degree in marketing and a minor in Spanish. After I graduated college I had the urge to go back to school. I decided to apply for graduate school in 2008. I ended up getting into the Zickland school of business at Baruch College in Manhattan. I received my master’s degree in marketing from 2008 to 2010 while working full time in New Jersey.
I have an excellent work ethic that stems from my childhood years. I began working at the age of 13 starting with the Daily News early in the morning. I did that for 4 years starting in 8th grade through 11th grade. I then worked at Foot Action in the mall for 3 years as a sneaker salesman. After Foot Action I went to work at Costco for another 3 years. After Costco, I decided to learn a trade and I entered the contracting world. Since one occupation is never enough I entered the real estate industry on Staten Island 3 years ago.
I am highly motivated and always on top of things. I will always respond back to your calls, text messages or emails. I have an iPhone and I cannot hide from anyone, not even my wife. I handle all of my own marketing with my wife, run open houses, professional photography and anything else that needs to be done. I am punctual for my showings and appointments. I am highly respectful of your time and your money. I am not afraid of people and I don’t shy away easily. The real estate Ryan is the same as the real Ryan as I do not put on any phony acts to gain business. if I do not know something I will not make something up…i will tell you I do not know but I will find out for you. I always copy my clients via email throughout the whole process whether your buying or selling with me.
I am an avid basketball fan, vintage gi joe/transformers collector, ebayer, world traveler, music aficionado, dog lover, gym rat, city goer, foodie, professional sleeper, cook (sometimes), poker player, husband, father, son, brother, friend, New Yorker and a proud Staten Islander.
