Keyport, NJ, is a small incorporated waterfront town. It has just under 7,800 people. It is still one of the more affordable towns in Monmouth county. Over the last few years, they have revitalized the waterfront with parks, parking & décor. Keyport boasts quite a few restaurants within walking distance from the water. Stop at Keyport Fishery for some of your fried favorites, sit on the terrace at Burlews overlooking Keyport Harbor, have a drink at the courtyard at Mcdonagh's Pub, have some exceptional American easts at Old Glory, or sink your teeth into some legit N'awlins style food at Drew's Bayshore. As you drive or even walk around Keyport, you'll see many classic Victorian homes up and down the street. It is easily accessible by way of the Garden State Parkway, Route 35, or Route 36. Keyport is also known as the "Pearl of the Bayshore" or the "Gateway to the Bayshore." Keyport also has its school systems, K thru 12, and its police & first aid squad.

Holmdel, New Jersey
Holmdel, NJ, is located right in the heart of Monmouth County, NJ. Hazlet borders Holmdel to the North, Middletown & Lincroft NJ to the East, Colt's Neck to the South & Matawan/Aberdeen, and Marlboro to the East. The average annual family income is around $160,000, which was back in 2009. Holmdel is home to Holmdel Park, which spreads over 565 acres. You can also find the Holmdel Arboretum within the park grounds. The township's name is derived from the Holmes family, who were early settlers of the area. Others claim it was derived from two Dutch words, Holm & Del, which means "Pleasant Valley."
The proximity to the Garden State Parkway, large-scale homes, excellent schools, and lush greenery make it a highly desirable area to move to.
